Harbour Plaza North Point Hotel - Hong Kong

Excellent hotel with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The helpful staff remembered me and guided me during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying their restaurant. I'm coming back for a city break.

Great and easy location, walking distance to everywhere. Neat room plus a kitchen and a dining area.

Excellant service and handy and decent location, great for our needs. Very close to all the areas, Quarry Bay train station, and local shops, the coastal park and a close by stair path up to the high country parkland.

The morning coffee shop across the street was a hidden gem, and I appreciated the friendly concierge who assisted with my taxi ride. The Wi-Fi was frustratingly unreliable during my stay.

The rooms were high-class & decent size with an awesome view over the harbour. The location was handy, around 10-15 minutes walk from Taikoo Place Apartments.

Great location and easy access!

I stayed for 4 nights in a city view room. Nice and clean. Super close to Quarry Bay Metro. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the views are just 👌. Also enjoyed the bar/lounge, great for a drink! Only thing was the reception was a bit overwhelmed at times, took a while to get through.

Excellent location for attending the trade shows. This is my tenth time coming to this hotel and like the hotels service.

I would like to see the room rate include internet and breakfast as most hotels do. Internet rates are far to expensive if anything should be complimentary

Loved the spacious room and fine harbor view. The easy access to the MTR and tram made exploring easy.

The Hong Kong Mwtro's Quarry Bay station was just 5 minutes away. From there, you can travel everywhere in Hong Kong

The high Wi-Fi charge and the rude behavior from the staff. They do not make me welcome. Apart from the hotel coffee shop and other food outlets, there were no other restaurants near the hotel.

Comfortable room, good air con on a hot day, nice bedding and other amenities, good view from the higher floors.

Wifi is too expensive. Only needed it for 15 minutes and had to pay the daily rate.

I had a wonderful 5-night stay in a Superior Double or Twin Room with Side Harbour View, enjoying both the serene swimming pool and the relaxing sauna during my downtime. While the hotel was mostly fantastic, I did notice a slight issue with limited TV channels, which could use a bit more variety. Be sure to explore nearby supermarkets for breakfast options. they have way better deals than room service! 😊

Its a two minute walk from Harbour Quarry station. Nice Location not too bad. The guy at the concierge was absolutely fabulous, very friendly and helpful.

When we checked in the gentleman at the reception was very abrupt. He insisted on a HKD3000 deposit, even though my credit card had been blocked already for the full costs of the room. In addition to that, we settled the bill in cash and was told the block would only be released after 7 days from my account. He was just very abrupt and rude. Certainly not a professional approach for the kind of industry.

Rooms are dated, shower only in bathroom. Upgraded to harbour view but it was just a gap between skycrapers
